Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 2 minutes.
- Place seasoned chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Meanwhile, combine mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl.
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
- Toss vegetables with two-thirds of the dressing.
- Top salad with air-fried chicken, avocado slices, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with remaining dressing and serve.
